Shipping & Delivery
Shipping options will be displayed at checkout. If you are eligible for free shipping, please select this option. Please Note: Shipping times are only estimates. Please take into account courier operating days, public holidays, delivery parameters and the remoteness of your location.
Steadyrack accepts Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Paypal as it’s methods of payment. If you are experiencing difficulties processing your payment using your credit card due to international payment restrictions by your bank, please select the Paypal option, and use the Credit Card option before login. If you are not happy with your Steadyrack product, it may be returned to us provided it meets the following criteria:
- It is in a resalable condition (e.g – in the same condition in which you received it with no damage to the box or packaging)
- It is within 10 days of receiving the product
- It was purchased from this website (steadyrack.com)
- We have been notified of the return beforehand and provided you with a return address
Once we have received the Steadyrack(s) we will refund your purchase minus a 10% restocking fee if it meets the above criteria.
To submit a return, please fill out our returns form. You will then be given an address to return your Steadyrack(s).
