Shipping

We ship all goods via Australia Post or Courier service, depending on where you live within Australia. Please contact us for further information on shipping outside Australia.

Delivery

All goods using our online ordering system will be shipped within 15 working days.

Service Policy

If the item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you within 2 working days by email. If we are unable to ship the goods within 21 working days, we will notify you within that time. If you have any queries or checkout problems please contact us.

Payments

Credit card is the only payment method accepted. Steadycorp Pty Ltd accepts Visa & Mastercard cards.

Credit cards are processed by eWAY, and Steadycorp Pty Ltd does not store your credit card number after processing.

Transactions are protected from unauthorised interception during transmission by a 128 bit SSL (secure) certificate.

Return Policy

Steadycorp Pty Ltd operates a fair policy of accepting returns provided the goods and their packaging are received back within 14 days in accordance with the following guidelines:

Please advise us by email at returns@steadyrack.com within 7 days of delivery that you wish to make a return and quote your receipt number & date of purchase. If you have a fault with an item, please use the same email address to log your return.

Please ensure that the packaging and goods are returned to us in ‘as new’ condition. Damaged or used goods cannot be refunded.

When we are in receipt of the goods, your credit card will be credited with the cost of the item returned, minus the cost of the outward despatch. Please note that goods are returned to Steadycorp Pty Ltd at your own cost.
